The Fixed Price Promise: Why Nosh Tours Does Not Negotiate and What That Means for You

Every travel operator negotiates. The moment you call the agency, the real game begins: the listed price is a ceiling, the counter-offer is a floor, and the 'final price' is somewhere in the middle, padded at both ends to account for the negotiation ritual. Nosh Tours removed this ritual three years ago. Here is what happened.

Why fixed pricing is not a gimmick

The fixed price model works because the price you see is the actual cost of the experience plus a fixed margin. There is no padding for negotiation. There is no 'we'll throw in a city tour' because the city tour was already included in the build. When you ask Nosh for a discount, the answer is no — not because we are inflexible, but because we have already removed the inflation that makes discounts possible.

What fixed pricing does to the relationship

When the price is fixed, the conversation between guest and Nosh Brain changes completely. Instead of 'what can you remove to make it cheaper,' the conversation becomes 'what building blocks matter most to you.' That is a more honest, more productive, and ultimately more enjoyable conversation for both sides. Guests arrive having chosen their experience, not having accepted a compromise.

The no hidden charges commitment

Every Nosh canvas price includes: all ground transfers, all accommodation on the confirmed nights, all meals as per the meal block chosen, all activities and experiences in the canvas, Nosh Brain ground support for the duration, and 24/7 WhatsApp access. Excluded: international or domestic flights, personal shopping, medical expenses, and travel insurance (recommended but separate). The exclusions list is shorter than the inclusions list. That is the point.
